Handyman Maintenance Repair Associate (Tri-Cities, TN)
We are looking for an in-house handyman who is skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and more, along with good problem-solving abilities. Requirements include:
- Ability to clean and organize work areas.
- Ability to complete repairs and parts replacements in a timely manner.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency with variety of handyman and power tools.
- Must be skilled in all-around construction.
- Clean background and drug test.
- Honest and trustworthy with good prior employer reference.
Salary will be discussed according to your experience. OR Job bids. $10 to $25 per hour full time or part time.
